QuiltPlan is a quilt-design app for iPhone. We collect as little as we can, we don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone except the service that runs our backend. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to remove it.

QuiltPlan is currently in a limited testing release. If you're helping us test, thank you — the data below helps us fix problems and learn which features are useful before a wider launch.

What we collect

Your photos stay on your phone

When you turn a photo into a pattern, the image is processed entirely on your device. We do not upload your original photos. (If you later save that pattern while signed in, the finished design — which includes the colors and shapes we detected — is stored in your account, as described above.)

How we use your information

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who we share it with

Your account, saved designs, usage data, and error reports are stored using Supabase, the hosting and database service that runs our backend, which processes this data on our behalf. The one-time sign-in codes are delivered by our email provider. We don't share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

How it's kept

Data is stored in our private Supabase project and transmitted over encrypted connections. Your saved designs live in a private storage area tied to your account. We keep your information while you use QuiltPlan, and delete it when you ask us to (or within a reasonable period after the test program ends).

Your choices

Children

QuiltPlan isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
